Welcome to Rawafd Healthcare Recruitment platform. These terms outline the mutual rights and obligations between the platform and its users — practitioners and facilities. Please read carefully before using the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Rawafd platform, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agreed to them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Nature of Service
Rawafd is an intermediary platform between healthcare practitioners and healthcare facilities. We provide application, search, and training tools, but we are not an employer for practitioners and do not guarantee employment for any party.
3. Registration and Account
The information you provide upon registration must be accurate and truthful. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. In case of suspected unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.
4. User Conduct
Using the platform for illegal or misleading purposes is prohibited. Impersonating another person or providing false information is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these terms.
5. Job Search Service
The "Find Me a Job" service is a paid success-based service — payment is only due when a suitable job is found. The agreed fee is determined by the Rawafd team on a case-by-case basis.
6. Ratings
Ratings you give or receive are part of the platform's quality system. Fake or financially incentivized ratings are prohibited. Genuine ratings contribute to raising service quality for everyone.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content — texts, logos, training materials, designs — are owned by Rawafd and are protected by intellectual property rights. Use without prior permission is not allowed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rawafd is not liable for any damages resulting from failed employment processes or temporary service outages. We always strive to provide the highest level of service but cannot guarantee outcomes.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Notifications of material changes will be sent via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with legal procedures applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
